**(this is to make a few cups of golden milk that you can then store and reheat or serve cold).
2 cans full fat organic coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup dried organic turmeric powder
1 TBSP ginger powder
3 TBSP local honey
1/4 cup MCT oil
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup collagen
Sprinkle cinnamon on the top when serving
Pour coconut milk or almond milk into a sauce pan and turn on medium heat
Add honey and MCT oil as it’s heating and whisk to mix together
When it comes to a simmer add the spices and collagen.
Let it simmer for a few minutes until all is well mixed together.
Pour into glass jar and let cool before closing up and storing in the fridge
**nice to add a little cardamon or cinnamon essential oils (doTERRA ONLY!) when serving.
You can drink it cold or warm or add to coffee in the morning and blend up for a frothy “latte”
