Only Make High Vibration Commitments

What are you saying “yes,” to, when you actually want to say, “NO.”?

Do you feel sapped of energy?

Feeling like you’re trying so hard to do what’s “right” and make people like you and keep all your ducks in a row? But at the end of the day you just kind of feel dried up?

Do you say “yes” to things you really would love to say “NO!” to?

This has been a big part of my work lately is realizing that even though, as a person with high energy, high efficiency, high organization and high capability, I could make a lot of commitments and do a decent job at fulfilling all of them, but… when they are low vibe commitments, eg commitments I don’t want to do, they start to weigh me down.

Imagine if you only said “YES!” + committed to things that excited you in an expansive way. Imagine if you didn’t feel like you never had enough time. Imagine if you just simply said “NO.” to things that didn’t light you up? Imagine if before you said “yes” to something you asked yourself, “Do I actually want to do this?”

Where would you be? What would life feel like?

I’ve been asking myself these questions lately and what is coming is a lightness I have never felt before. I release of guilt. A greater and stronger channel to my highest self and what I was put on this Earth to do. If I’m going to do that work, then I better save ALL my potency for it.

Don’t water yourself down.

Only make high vibration commitments.

Commitments that excite you. Commitments that expand you. Commitments that scare you in a way that makes you feel the shifting of new horizons taking shape. Commitments that make you more YOU.

I’m with you.
