Golden Milk Recipe

Ingredients

**(this is to make a few cups of golden milk that you can then store and reheat or serve cold).

  • 2 cans full fat organic coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup dried organic turmeric powder

  • 1 TBSP ginger powder

  • 3 TBSP local honey

  • 1/4 cup MCT oil

  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 drop cardamon doTERRA essential oil

  • 1/4 cup collagen

  • Sprinkle cinnamon on the top when serving

Instructions:

  • Pour coconut milk or almond milk into a sauce pan and turn on medium heat

  • Add honey and MCT oil as it’s heating and whisk to mix together

  • When it comes to a simmer add the spices and collagen.

  • Let it simmer for a few minutes until all is well mixed together.

  • Pour into glass jar and let cool before closing up and storing in the fridge

  • **nice to add a little cardamon or cinnamon essential oils (doTERRA ONLY!) when serving.

  • You can drink it cold or warm or add to coffee in the morning and blend up for a frothy “latte”
