Week One: Setting Intentions and Getting Clear

Print out/pour over/take time for starting this process:
Create the time for yourself. It's important to PUT TIME IN YOUR SCHEDULE EVERY DAY AND COMMIT. This program has lots of doors, but you have to walk through them. Create the time in your schedule to do this.
Don't forget to sign the transformation contract and keep it by your bed or taped on bathroom mirror so you see it and read it every day.
Pro tip: at the beginning of each new Phase, move it so you don't start to look over it.
Tell someone you are doing this program. Ask them to check up on you about it once in a while. Also, post in the Self Love Community Facebook group and tell everyone why you are doing this program and what you hope to get from it. If you don't have anyone that you feel safe telling then email email@example.com and I'll pair you with someone from the program.
Buy a journal and pen that will be used exclusively for this program. I want you to document the process of this program. To begin, write down 3 intentions for this program. To get the juices flowing:
What would you like to see change in your life?
Why are you doing this program?
What has held you back from making these changes?
BONUS ESSENTIAL OIL TIP: Use the oil that you most enjoy the smell of EVERY TIME you write in your journal through this program. You may diffuse the oil or rub on your heart before you start journaling, meditating, or engaging in practice. This will ground and stabilize you.
Week Two: Track Your Routine
In your dedicated journal or using the "track your routine" provided handout, track your food for 6 days. Write down everything you eat, drink, as well as how you feel afterwards.
If you'd like a template to fill out each day you can use this food journal template (here it is in .docx form). **These will download so you can fill them out, so click the link and then look in your downloads. If you’re on a PC make sure to download the .docx form. Also read over “navigating your food journal” to understand how to go about tracking your food.
It's important we recognize when and how we're eating.
Make sure to eat in such a way that is blood sugar balancing. No intermittent fasting or restricting on this program. Ideally you will eat this way for the entirety of this program.
BONUS ESSENTIAL OIL TIP: You may drink 1 drop peppermint + 1 drop lemon in 12 ounces of warm filtered water to cut back on sugar cravings.
Week Three: Mindful Eating

Practice mindful eating for one meal each day this week and preferably every day during this program until it becomes natural.

BONUS ESSENTIAL OIL TIP: Each time before you eat, take your lavender and place a drop on your palm, rub your hands together and then cup your hands around your nose and take in 5 deep breaths. This will help relax your nervous system and get your body ready to digest your food.
Week Four: Movement & Affirmation to my Body

Print out a few copies of affirmation to my body and put it up wherever you normally eat or will see them a lot.
Experiment with saying this affirmation before you eat out loud (preferably, but I recognize that isn't always possible) and see if it brings up more tenderness towards your body and all it does for you.

BONUS ESSENTIAL OILS TIP: Use 1 drop peppermint + 1 drop lemon in 12 ounce warm filtered water whenever you have a sugar craving. You can also repeat the affirmation to your body slowly while inhaling Breathe oil.
