Week 11: Compassionate Existence

Do this Compassion Meditation each day this week.
Journal about how you feel and the shifts you experience.
For this week notice when someone irks you, infuriates you, annoys you, or hurts you, etc and try to see what the lesson is. Is it for you to stick up for yourself? Is it for you to speak your mind more clearly? Maybe it’s to learn to apologize wholeheartedly. Maybe the lesson is to stay away from people you give you bad vibes. Whatever "the lesson" is in each situation be open to receiving it this week.
Week 12: Be with Yourself

A as-strict-as-possible 48 hours of solo-silent retreat.
Go to two yoga classes in one day, drive out of the city and into nature for hike, journal, meditate, cancel all your appointments, take a sick day, have your husband/friend/parents take the kids somewhere for the weekend, do whatever it takes to get some real, serious alone and quiet time this week. Ideally two days, but if 2 hours is all you can swing take it and run with it. Immerse yourself in quiet solitude and see what whisperings come up.
