Week thirteen: Know Your Body

Medicine: Take an epsom salt bath each night and do this Going into Yourself Meditation.
As you go through your days this week see if you can start to have an on-going conversation with your body. Tell it things like, "We're going to eat now." or "I know I don't normally move this way, but we're going to try it out." or "Let me know if this guy I am meeting has good intentions." Just start to build a rapport with your body.
Week fourteen: Chanting to Connect
"When you utter a sound, a form is being created. We can create powerful forms by uttering sounds in certain arrangements. This is the yoga of sound. If you have mastery over the sound you also have mastery over the form that is attached to it. Sounds create realities." - Danielle LaPorte

Week fifteen: Using Tapping to Let Go
