Body Prayer is a class for anyone to come and experience movement and their body in a new way.
It is a mix of mobility, stretching, self lymph and fascial work, yoga, qi gong, meditation, somatic connection and embodiment practice.
Body Prayer will move you, relax you, ground you, stretch you, and bring you fully, gently, into your body.
