This is the best total beginner course. She does a great job of giving a lot of background information and teaching all the interactions. She does lots of case studies weekly. It's got a great interface and premade resources. It is not coming from the mineral nutritional balancing approach that I practice, however, but still a great place to start.

Function Health offers a very comprehensive bloodwork panel in a membership model that I find compelling and easy to use. It includes 2 blood panels / year and beautifully presented data that makes it easy to understand what markers to focus on.
