50 years ago, biochemist Dr. Paul Eck founded Mineral Nutritional Balancing (MNB), which uses specific nutrients to bring body chemistry back into balance.

Eck blended the works of soil scientist Dr. William Albrecht, Stress Theory by Dr. Hans Selye, Metabolic Typing by Dr George Watson, the Autonomic Nervous System Theory by Dr. Melvin Page, and more to provide a whole systems wide and holistic approach to understanding the human body and how it functions optimally when minerals are balanced.

This all based on the idea that energy is the most important thing for health. If we do not have energy, we do not have happiness, health, or motivation for much of anything in life.

Minerals are stardust.

They are the periodic table level of basic building blocks of matter.

How minerals balance together and relate to each other, determines how efficiently energy moves throughout our cells and bodies, which is deterministic for the energy available to run every single system of the body.

We must look at the body as a living system, where all parts affect the others to truly foster holistic health and well being .

Minerals also must be viewed as a whole system, not just examined through individual levels.

When I interpret an HTMA I am looking at the ratios and relationships between the minerals. Therefore, when I make supplement recommendations I am making very personalized, unique to you recommendations based upon the mineral reactions and levels happening in your body at the time you took your hair sample. This is the power of MNB, how personalized it can be to your exact mineral status.

“Minerals run enzymes. Enzymes run hormones. And hormones affect how we perceive the world.”

The balance and amount of minerals in your body’s tissues are at the root of the amount of energy your body has to grow, expand, heal, recuperate from depletion, hold boundaries, communicate from cell to cell, and so much more.
